What Payments do you accept?
We currently accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover all through PayPal.
Can I upgrade my account?
Yes. To upgrade or downgrade your account,
login to the billing area and submit a new ticket.
Do you offer a Free Trial?
No. If you are interested in trying Family Connections before you buy, you can check out the
online demo. The only difference with the demo is that it
has advertisements and the Chat functionality is turned off.
Are there other Charges?
No. No hidden fees. No setup charges.
Why Such small Storage/Bandwith?
While at first the Storage Space and Bandwidth may seem small related to other hosting sites, the reason is
that Family Connections is a private family website where 5-50 people will visit a day, whereas other public
websites may get hundreds of thousands of visitors a day. So the bottom line is, you probably won't use any
more bandwidth or storage space than what we offer. Why pay for something you won't use?
