A while ago I mentioned how I was working on a tool to speed up the translation of FCMS, well now that tool is finished.
Family Connections Translation Tool
Currently only a French translation has been started and is only about 8% complete. Feel free to add your language to the tool, and translate as much as you can. When adding a new language, don’t forget to add the Language Code. Make sure your language code is part of the following list.
This is cool. Just so you know i added some of the spanish i know but in a few places you have the word “The” and that cant be translated without contect as there are 5 different “The”s in spanish
also there isn’t a May in the full month name section but it is still progress :)
Usually when “the” is used you can see the sentence by looking at what comes before and after it on the list.
for example:
info1 => ‘welcome to’
info2 => ‘the’
info3 => ‘family website’
And yes, I’m aware that there is no full version of May. This will be fixed in the next release.
