FCMS 1.5 Released

The following bugs were fixed:
1993128 – Multi-language – Character Encoding
1992332 – Magic Quotes causes default “A” as caption in Gallery
1992291 – (Profile) Last Visited date not working
1991922 – Sitename: special characters
1993876 – PHP Notices (Gallery and Calendar)

The following enhancement (feature requests) were also added:
1995356 – Easy Installation – The installation process has been broken down into multiple steps. It will also check to make sure that the directories have been chmoded properly.

1993883 – Move some configuration to DB - Some configuration data has been moved from the config_inc.php file to the database. This helps with the upgrade process.

1990146 – Optimize Photo Gallery Design – This is part one of this issue. Removed the top menu when viewing full size photos on photo gallery.
