FCMS 1.3 Released

This is a big release, I fixed a lot of little CSS issues and pretty much totally redesigned the way the address book works.

The following bugs have been fixed:
1943132 – CSS problems in non IE browsers
1960265 – Misc. date problems
1960243 – Missing div tag on Family News page
1961544 – Not all members showing up in Address Book / Profiles pages

The following feature requests were also added:
1958744 – Inline Comments – Remove popup window.
1956121 – Change Family News Frontpage Links
1960234 – 5 Latest Family News entries – Remove My News Link
1960236 – Names in Members Online are getting cut off
